Attention: LiDestri Employees!
The freedom to practice
exceptional medical care.
The ingenuity to deliver it efficiently.
The time to provide it compassionately.
Health care could look like this.
At the Greater Rochester Independent Practice Association (GRIPA), we bring together the extraordinary knowledge and expertise of a growing community of 1013 employed and private practice physicians, two community hospitals and a multi-disciplinary Care Management and Information Technology Team. Together, we collectively manage the health of nearly 150,000 patients throughout the greater Rochester region. We work directly with patients, physicians/practices, health plans, and employers to develop practical and lasting improvement strategies and solutions that make it easier and more rewarding for all to deliver high quality care and manage chronic conditions efficiently and effectively.
We innovate, collaborate and problem-solve to make health care work better—for everyone.

Care for Health Accountable Care Partnership
Rochester Regional Health System (RRHS) in partnership with the Greater Rochester Independent Practice Association (GRIPA) have entered into an innovative agreement with Excellus BlueCross BlueShield (Excellus) that will reward physicians and Rochester Regional Health System for achieving superior quality and medical performance that helps to improve and sustain patient health.
This breakthrough agreement will help GRIPA member physicians and RRHS lead and succeed within the new healthcare reform landscape that is rapidly transforming the "Fee for Service" payment model into a quality and outcomes -based reimbursement system. Ultimately, this program will help to further advance our shared commitment with physicians and Rochester Regional Health System to deliver the most exceptional and efficient care and value to every patient we serve.
