Victoria Viglucci Named GRIPA Chief Information Officer

(Rochester, NY, March 26, 2007) Victoria Viglucci has been named Chief Information Officer of the Greater Rochester Independent Practice Association (GRIPA). She is responsible for providing vision and leadership in the development and implementation of Information Technology to support GRIPA strategic initiatives on behalf of the GRIPA organization and its membership.

Viglucci has been a familiar face in the Rochester Information Technology field for more than 20 years. The Penfield resident served as Director of Information Technology and Project Management for GRIPA since 1999. Prior to joining GRIPA she was owner and principal at MasterLink Technologies. The graduate of Brockport State University also worked in the ViaHealth System at Independent Living for Seniors and Rochester General Hospital.

The Greater Rochester Independent Practice Association is a partnership of physicians and hospitals in Monroe and Wayne Counties which includes Rochester General Hospital and Rochester General Physicians Organization, Newark Wayne Community Hospital and the Wayne County Physicians Organization. GRIPA has been in the Rochester Top 100 for the past three years.
